Dixon Quick Coupling to Expand in the Gastonia Technology Park
November 18, 2014 — Dixon Quick Coupling, a global manufacturer of pneumatic and hydraulic quick coupling devices, announced today the 70,000 square foot expansion of their Gastonia Technology Park facility. The company built a 100,000 square foot facility eighteen months ago. Additional space is needed to accommodate positive trends in the industry that show continued growth in the demand for their products. Construction for the expansion is scheduled to begin in 1st Quarter of 2015 with completion to occur by 3rd Quarter 2015. The investment in this expansion will be approximately $3 million and the company will employ an additional 10-20 persons. Currently, the company employs 150 at the Gastonia Technology Park plant.
