This 422 acre park developed for advanced manufacturing technology opportunities. This NC Certified Site has over 80 acres of Shovel Ready sites available and is an NC Certified Site.

This 425 acre master-planned park developed for distribution and manufacturing opportunities, has over 35 acres of Shovel Ready Sites.

The Summit at Court Drive is a 60 acre Class-A business park development ideal for medical and office industries. There are over 14 acres of Shovel Ready Sites available.

The Oaks Commerce Center is a 280 acre privately owned industrial park. Over 95 acres have been developed by the tenants of the park.

The Kings Mountain Corporate Center is a 164 acre privately owned green field industrial development. HanesBrands is the major tenant of the KMCC and purchased 35 acres in 1995 for the construction their 370,000 square foot distribution center.
